Paul’s been with Hirschi since 2015, but brings years of experience from other wildly different careers. 13 years as an Operations Manager for FedEx and 4 years as a professional Marriage and Family Therapist makes him uniquely qualified to oversee HR needs.
He has a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada and a Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix.

These skills and his education allow him to create a good work environment by forming and implementing policies to ensure respect, dignity, and fairness.

In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, read, and travel.
Her philanthropic efforts have taken her to nearly 50 countries, where she focuses on building and education. In developing countries, she has assisted in constructing schools and providing microloans to help residents of small villages start their own businesses. Crystal is deeply passionate about both people and the environment.

In July, she was invited to participate in a dialogue as a delegate for Libertas International at the United Nations in Austria, where she discussed the need for quicker responses to human trafficking involving children. Crystal is also a member of the education advisory committee for the city of North Las Vegas, appointed by Mayor Lee and subsequently reappointed by Mayor Pamela Goynes Brown.

Her board memberships include positions on the boards of HomeAid of Southern Nevada, Junior Achievement, Libertas International, and Nevada contractors association. Additionally, she serves as the vice chair for the NLV EAC for the 2022-2023 term and chair for the 2023-2024 term. She chairs Construction vs. Cancer and Co-Chairs the Walk for Water and Hope for Prisoners fundraising initiatives. Crystal is a member of the ABC Events Committee and is a Nevada Advocate for Sole Hope.

As a founding member of Henderson Women for Good, Crystal also acts as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Clark County Family Court. Her work aims to eliminate poverty through education, workforce development, and creating opportunities for all.

Alongside Chad, she co-founded Pathways School of Masonry, an accredited post-secondary education and training program for individuals reentering society after incarceration, in partnership with Hope for Prisoners at their new vocational village. Crystal is committed to making a difference in the lives of others every day and often says, “Kindness is contagious and free; we should spend our time sharing it with others.” In her spare time, she enjoys writing children's stories for her children and grandchildren.

Ryan Daniels serves as General Counsel for Hirschi Companies, where he combines legal know-how with a knack for creative problem-solving. A graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Ryan began his legal career in the high-stakes oil and gas litigation scene of Houston, Texas. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2013, he joined the law firm Kaempfer Crowell, where he spent over a decade representing clients in everything from civil rights cases and construction disputes to employment law and multimillion-dollar landlord/tenant matters.
At Hirschi, Ryan is focused on preserving the integrity of the company while supporting its continued growth—navigating legal risks without losing sight of business goals. He enjoys tackling novel legal issues almost as much as he enjoys winning them. He also volunteers with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and believes strongly in using his legal skills for good—whether that’s helping a client navigate risk or helping someone get a fresh start.

When he’s not neck-deep in contracts or court opinions, Ryan can be found chasing philosophical rabbit holes with friends, running solo to clear his mind, playing with his kids, or out on a date with his far better half.

Jessenia leads marketing for Hirschi Companies and its operating companies across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. She owns how the company shows up to its clients, its partners, and the people considering a career here.

A Las Vegas native, she joined Hirschi in 2014 as a permit technician and went on to run the permit department before moving into marketing and stepping into her current role.

What she cares most about is giving back and mentoring the next generation, both inside Hirschi Companies and across the workforce here in the valley. She serves on the CCOR Workforce Committee with the NCA and on the Construction vs Cancer committee and works alongside Crystal Hirschi on Hirschi Helping Hands.

Outside of work, Jessenia is at concerts, behind a camera, or spending time with the love of her life and family.

Aaron Xavier joined Hirschi Companies in September 2026 as Vice President of Technology, bringing more than 21 years of technology leadership with him. He earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Chittagong and spent the next two decades at DealPoint Merrill, a commercial real estate and self-storage company, and its family of companies, where he moved up from Director of Technology to Chief Technology Officer. Along the way he founded and built the full technology stack behind JustStorage, from its digital marketing technology to its operational systems, led the company's engineering and IT teams, and put AI and automation to work on everyday business operations.

He also holds an Applied AI and Data Science Professional Certificate from MIT, where one of his capstone projects focused on deep learning and computer vision.

When he's not working, he loves spending time with his family and kids, traveling, and keeping up with AI and technology changes on a daily basis.

Arturo has spent over 12 years with Hirschi Masonry and has worked nearly every corner of the business. He started as a Field Auditor, spent three years as a Residential Superintendent, then moved into Commercial Estimating.

When the company expanded into Arizona, Arturo moved his family to Phoenix to help build it. He came up through Project Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager before stepping into his role as Division President.

Ask him what matters most and he'll point to the client experience. Not the sales pitch version. The kind where the GC and a Homebuilder knows exactly where the job stands and what happens next.

Off the clock he's with his family, walking Bogey and Bonita, camping, or getting a round in with his dad.

Jeff has been with Hirschi Masonry since 2024 and brings more than 20 years of masonry experience from working throughout Nevada, California, and Arizona.

He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

His extensive industry experience and business education give him a strong foundation for managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering positive experience for clients.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids

Bryson has spent more than six years in construction, working closely with architects, engineers, and specialty subcontractors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Virtual Design and Construction, so he is as comfortable in the model as he is on the job site, and he uses both to keep work coordinated before problems reach the field.

While he was in college in Idaho, Bryson owned and ran his own steel business. Running a company at that age taught him what it takes to deliver for a customer, and it means he understands the job from the subcontractor's side of the contract as well as his own.

Outside of work he spends as much time outdoors as he can, and usually has a building project going at home.

Dow joined Hirschi Masonry Arizona in March 2025 as Controller, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and business performance analysis. He brings more than 11 years of accounting experience, including eight years as Controller for an electrical construction company.

Dow's career path has been anything but traditional. Before transitioning into accounting and finance, he built a successful career in hospitality, working as a chef and Food & Beverage Director. His passion for business operations and leadership ultimately led him to pursue financial management, where he combines operational insight with financial expertise to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from the New England Culinary Institute and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of work, Dow enjoys cooking for family and friends and recently earned his PADI Open Water scuba diving certification. He enjoys learning daily.

Mina has been with Hirschi Masonry since 2025 but brings almost 30 years of HR experience from various other industries.

She has a BA in Comparative Literature from Occidental College as well as an MBA and MLS from Arizona State University. She also has a MHRM from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mina is bilingual and is a mother to 3 boys.

Her education and her background allow her to support AZ’s management team with the required knowledge and resources to support their short- and long-term goals to be successful with both their internal and external customers.

In her free time, she loves to travel, read, attend plays and musicals and watches movies

Rubon has been with Hirschi Masonry for three years. He started as an Estimator and moved into safety, where he now leads the effort for the Arizona team.

That path matters more than it sounds. Coming from estimating, he knows what the work costs and how it gets built so when he's on a site, he's solving safety in a way that works with the schedule instead of against it.

Rubon holds his OSHA 30 and is CPR and First Aid certified, with additional safety certifications in progress.

Outside of work he's a proud girl dad. He enjoys family time, the outdoors, and a lot of hours on the sidelines cheering on his daughters.
