Hirschi Companies Leadership
The Hirschi Masonry team is led and supported by the overarching Hirschi Companies organization. These key leaders—among others—oversee Hirschi Masonry’s strategic direction.

Our companies share a single vision: Build People, Projects, and Communities That Last. That means investing in our team’s growth, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, and giving back to the communities we help shape.
We’re driven by our core values — Win Work, Achieve Results, and Be Fulfilled. These guide how we work, lead, and live. Success isn’t just about what we build, but how we show up — with grit, purpose, and professionalism.
Around here, we call it Hirschi Horsepower — the relentless drive to outwork, outthink, and outperform while maintaining extreme professionalism and delivering the best client experience in the industry. At our core, we live by one truth: Expect More. It runs in our blood. We strive for excellence in everything we do — setting higher standards for ourselves, our partners, and our craft.
Our people are the foundation of that excellence. We hire top-tier talent, retain exceptional professionals, and create an environment of care, growth, and opportunity. When people join Hirschi, they join a team that invests in their success, challenges them to rise, and rewards them for it.
I’m passionate about faith, family, and freedom — and the responsibility that comes with each. That passion fuels my commitment to community impact and creating pathways of opportunity for others. Through initiatives like our Pathways School of Masonry — a vocational training program inside the Southern Desert Correctional Center — we help individuals gain real skills, restore confidence, and build new futures through the craft of masonry.

This combination of operational experience and management skills has enabled Karl to make a powerful impact in his role as CFO. His love for the challenges his career offers is reflected in his away-from-work hobbies, which include mountain biking, skiing, 4-wheeling, and hunting.

He began his love for construction as a young kid working with his dad, helping him do low voltage wiring in custom homes. Logan continued his passion of the industry and obtained a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. Today, he leads honest, energetic, and results driven management teams. He focuses on his clients and team, and building synergy, action and a long-term vision for success.
Currently, Logan serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and on the Board of Directors for HomeAid Southern Nevada, a non-profit focused on helping people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Logan is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoys the outdoors but loves nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and 3 kids.

He has a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada and a Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
These skills and his education allow him to create a good work environment by forming and implementing policies to ensure respect, dignity, and fairness.
In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, read, and travel.

At Hirschi, Ryan is focused on preserving the integrity of the company while supporting its continued growth—navigating legal risks without losing sight of business goals. He enjoys tackling novel legal issues almost as much as he enjoys winning them. He also volunteers with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and believes strongly in using his legal skills for good—whether that’s helping a client navigate risk or helping someone get a fresh start.
When he’s not neck-deep in contracts or court opinions, Ryan can be found chasing philosophical rabbit holes with friends, running solo to clear his mind, playing with his kids, or out on a date with his far better half.
